From the moment we walked into the Guiseley branch, we knew we were in very capable hands. Dad was made to feel like a human, and the premises exude an undeniable warmth—even the offer of a tea or coffee each time we visited made all the difference at a very tough and painful time for the Ellis family.
The team at Guiseley have been absolutely fantastic, their empathy and understanding made a difficult time a little easier to bear.
Thank you so much.
Ruth immediately greeted us with her profound sensitivity, remarkable compassion and utter professionalism. She made what was the most difficult and brave spur of the moment appointment of our lives, so easy, relaxed and remarkably special. I truly believe that we were suppose to meet with Ruth that day.
There are a thousand words I could write about Ruth and our experience as a family, and indeed how she guided me, single handedly through the most difficult time of my life, encompassing various family complexities and issues, in life as well as death. But put simply, if there was ever any one person to guide you through the most difficult, unpredictable and frightening storm of your life, the only person I would choose to carry out such a difficult task, would be Ruth. She is a truly remarkable professional and an incredible human being.
Thank you for looking after Mum, the way she very specifically wanted you to. In life and in death. You have made the biggest imprint on my heart.
We used full circle many years ago in fact I think as a family we were there first funeral for our wonderful Uncle , years later we lost our very precious Mum and there wouldn’t have been anyone else we would have trusted to give our Mum the beautiful send off she deserved
David we can’t thank you enough you went above and beyond ,you know what you did for us and we will forever remember how special you made it
Thank you to all the team from the bottom of our hearts ❤️
When the time came, we were helped by the Martin at Full Circle to decide on just what we wanted for our mother and how best it could be brought about. There were lots of things to consider and lots of options available. This enabled us to have the quite, personal, family funeral we wanted.

What will happen?
Our funeral directors will first listen to you, and then tailor our support to meet your needs. We recognise that some people want to be given clear guidance and direction whereas others would prefer to be informed about their options, and then feel empowered to make the choices that are right for them.
We can help with funeral wishes, funeral plans and offer a monthly bereavement peer support group, accessible to anyone who would like to attend.
If you find yourself needing to make funeral arrangements and need immediate funeral assistance, then we can help you with where to find accessible information about your choices and the arrangement process. You might also find our funeral arranging guide helpful.
We can support you to understand your funeral choices including traditional, modern, greener, alternative and Direct Cremation funeral options. There are so many possibilities and we will help you work out what is helpful and fitting for you.
Full Circle Funerals Guiseley are recommended in the Good Funeral Guide. This means you can be assured that we achieve high standards of care and are certified for the quality of the funeral services we offer.
How to choose a funeral director in Guiseley
Ruth, one of our Guiseley funeral directors says “If we’re all individuals why would everyone want the same thing when it comes to bereavement and funeral support?
The best funeral director to meet your needs will undoubtedly be the one that makes you feel relaxed and comfortable and takes the time to really listen to you. Our experience in health and social care makes a real difference here, whether you’re following very specific funeral instructions or need impartial guidance to give you confidence to make the right choices for you.
Working with local funeral directors means far better local knowledge, plus it reduces the administrative burden of funeral planning. You’ll also have more control and be able to customise funeral plans to meet your requirements. At Full Circle Funerals, we always begin by talking about the person who has died, to get a sense of their personality and the options that might be suitable. From there, we can explain our funeral services and how the process of arranging a funeral unfolds to make things easier for you.
We’re really proud of our reputation in Guiseley for the quality of the service we deliver, and our links to the local community we proudly serve. We facilitate a peer bereavement support group and are well versed at the support available in Yorkshire. We will take things at your pace and nothing is too much trouble.”

The opportunity to meet with Jodie in a relaxed setting and talk through what we were thinking and feeling about mum made huge difference. As well as having a personal contact throughout and not lots of different people and Jodie was so empathic.
Andrew
The personal approach we felt comfortable and at ease nothing was too much trouble. As my husband died suddenly our world has been turned upside down and we needed someone to take control and help. The chapel of rest been attached to the office and close by and a more modern approach and after first telephone call we felt comfortable and that we would be helped and looked after. I cant thank the staff enough-particularly Anne.
Angela
Thanks to the thoroughness of your team, we knew and had the input into what would happen. That preparation helped us to prepare mentally for what was to come and helped enormously. The choice of the coffin, handing out of roses at the end of the ceremony, the choice of music, all made it feel that we were making the ceremony very personal. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. Their approach, their empathy, their determination to help us find what was right for us, their attention and positive reactions to every detail was so supportive and so much appreciated. We were 100% happy with all the arrangements. All went like clockwork and we felt we had been so well supported at such a difficult and emotional time. From the initial contact through to the final receipt of the bill, we knew what was happening, felt cared for professionally and personally. We can not praise all involved highly enough. The offer of bereavement counselling and the inclusion of forget-me-not seeds shows the level of service and care this form provides. I will be forever grateful that chance led us to choose this company. No praise is sufficient. Thank-you so much.
Jean
