We make it easy for you to create the funeral that you want
Our funeral directors offer an independent, flexible and tailored service which makes it easy for you to create a funeral which reflects the life, personality and spirituality of the individual that has died.
You made something that we dreaded so easy. My mother would have been so proud of us.
– C M Dracup
Our Approach to Funeral Care
Everything we do helps people feel connected after bereavement.
We will listen to you, and then tailor our support to meet your needs. With this in mind, we can see that some people want to be given clear guidance and direction. Whereas others would prefer to be told about their options and then for us to take a more facilitative role.
We believe that good funeral care can have a deep and meaningful impact on mental wellbeing. You will usually be supported by the same individual throughout the funeral arrangements and on the day of the funeral itself because we believe that continuity of care is really important.
If you find yourself needing to make funeral arrangements and would like to know where to find accessible information about your choices and the arrangement process then you might find our funeral arranging podcast or funeral arranging guide helpful.

All funeral directors have different approaches. We have found that families are keen to travel a little further, in order to find a service that they feel is likely to specifically meet their needs. It is really important to us that you feel comfortable when you are with us. We’ve made every effort to ensure that each service offers a gentle, warm environment.

Firstly, David previously lived and worked in America. In general, he supported underprivileged children from the Twin Cities in Minnesota to access outdoor youth programs. Subsequently, he then went on to join Sarah in working with both children and adults with learning difficulties. In conclusion, Dave has a golden Labrador, called Wilson (who is also part of the team), whom he and his young family explore the surrounding countryside with.
Having worked in a number of positions within the corporate profession Nicola comes to us with a variety of skills that enable her to fully encompass all aspects of funeral care specifically tailored to each individual families wishes. Funeral Directors Guiseley – Our Team
Like the rest of the team, Ruth has also changed careers having previously been a Microbiologist before joining the Full Circle Funeral Directors Guiseley team. Ruth is particularly aware of the emotional effects of death and passionately believes that everyone’s funeral should be as individual as the person was in life. She has a husband, one child, three cats and enjoys any time spent with friends and family who are spread far and wide around the country. She is a Dementia Friends Champion and Trustee at Bradford Bereavement Support.
Before supporting families as his role as Funeral Director, Martin worked as a cartoonist for a number of national publications and latterly he supported vulnerable adults by running the kitchen at a local community café. He has a wife, two daughters and two dogs and describes himself and an “enthusiastic amateur” musician – although we suspect he is a little more than that!
