Support Services Team
Our Full Circle Funeral support team is based at our funeral directors service in Guiseley. Sarah, Jade, Lucy and Helen all have experience in supporting people to arrange funerals and now provide support to the funeral directors in Guiseley, Leeds, Harrogate and Halifax.
Among other things, they are responsible for quality assurance, coordinating training and work experience and leading on research, in collaboration with academics and others with an interest in evidence-based funeral care.
The support services team work hard to try to get feedback from everyone who uses our services, so that we can continue to improve our understanding of what matters to people most and find ways to improve the way we support people.

Sarah previously worked as a doctor and then with adults with learning difficulties. She has a husband and two children and enjoys exploring on foot and bicycle. She believes ardently that we would all benefit from speaking about death and dying more openly and that good funeral care can have a meaningful impact on long-term health and wellbeing.
Jade has previously worked within administrative and finance positions and has similar responsibilities at Full Circle. She has a partner and one child and enjoys long dog walks and nights in. Jade believes that everyone should have the right funeral for them, whatever that may be.
After leaving university Lucy knew she wanted to go into funeral care. She joined Full Circle and now supports the team of funeral directors as People and Quality Manager based at our office in Guiseley. Lucy is a fan of houseplants and her partner.
Helen has previous experience working in administration in forensics, but has also worked in various customer facing roles within the museums and retail sectors.
She enjoys reading, studying, and spending time with her horse.
