Full Circle Funerals Partners are a network of modern, independent, and local funeral directors, all working to deliver the best possible funeral care
Each Full Circle Funerals Partner is an independent funeral business yet at the same time each belongs to a larger funeral franchise network. So, while a small, local service is supporting you, you can also be assured that a network of colleagues is supporting all our Partners. This means we can share good practice and ensure that we are collectively working to continually improve the quality of funeral care we provide.
Partners all deliver person-centred, flexible funeral care within their local communities and work hard to give people the style and tone of support that works best for them. Their focus is on supporting you to create a funeral which is helpful to you and your friends and family – this may be a traditional funeral or include more modern and contemporary choices. A list of partners is available on the “About us” section of our website.
Funeral services are currently unregulated and there is no National Minimum Standard or Code of Practice for funeral directors to comply with. The Partners Franchise network means that all services have access to robust support and can share good practice with one another. We believe this creates a helpful balance of a funeral business remaining independent and local, while also receiving support from a wider, motivated, and engaged team of colleagues.
The benefits of partnership
Since becoming funeral directors in 2016, we have been approached by many people who wanted to be funeral directors. They told us they felt the way that Full Circle Funerals supported people was aligned with their personal values and vision of good funeral care. We felt that many of these people would be excellent funeral directors, and were bringing all the right skills, motivation, and experience to the role.
By becoming Full Circle Funerals Partners, these talented and thoughtful people can not only receive the support their need to deliver funeral care in their local community, but they can also contribute to (and benefit from) the work of the wider network. Full Circle Funerals delivers monthly educational webinars, collaborates with university academics to lead in funeral and bereavement research, shares blogs and newsletters and has published a funeral self-help book which is available globally.
If you would like to find out more about becoming a partner, or have any questions, feedback, or suggestions about any of our work then please don’t hesitate to let in touch with our support services team – we would love to hear from you.
