We believe in evidence based practice within funeral care and in the importance of continuous learning and development. Our practice is built on an evidence base, grounded in the research which Full Circle has lead. To find out about our recent and current research work please visit our research page.
In order to achieve continuous learning and improve the services that we deliver to the families we support, we are very proactive in seeking feedback from the people who use our services and the professionals that we work with. In order to achieve this we also have a strong focus on reflective practice and have an internal learning program for the Full Circle team. If you would like to come and deliver some training to our team (either in person or online) then please don’t hesitate to get in touch!
