Patrick Thomas Lake died peacefully at home on Sunday 22nd August 2021, aged 21 years.
He is and always will be dearly missed by his family, friends and colleagues.
His funeral is open to attend for all who knew Patrick. The funeral will be held on Wednesday 22nd September at 1.30pm at St.Mary’s Church, Broadgate Lane, Horsforth, LS18 4AG, followed by a committal at Lawnswood Crematorium, Otley Rd, Adel, Leeds LS16 6AH at 3.15pm.
You are invited to join the family for refreshments after the service at Weetwood Hall, Otley Road, Leeds, LS16 5PS.
Please dress comfortably. More bright than black and it would be nice to see a touch of red which was Patrick’s favourite colour.
