Unexpectedly but peacefully died, at home in Hale, on 18th December: just as she’d have wanted. A writer and counsellor; widow of the late Howard who also died at home in 1993; loving and much beloved partner of Michael. Mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, cousin, aunt and a very good friend to many, she will be sorely missed.
Hers was a life well-lived, and we are all the richer for it.
A funeral service will be held at St Peter’s Hale at 1:00pm on 21st January 2022.
A warm invitation is also extended to all present at the funeral to join the family following the service for refreshments at St Peter’s Assembly Rooms, 134 Cecil Rd, Hale, WA15 9NU.
The dress code is to wear your favourite colour or whatever you feel comfortable in.
