Courtney Frederick died on the 11th December 2018.
A wonderful son, amazing brother and friend, a brilliant uncle.
His funeral service will be on Wednesday 16th January 2019 at Guiseley Methodist Church, LS20 9EP at 12pm followed by a burial at Yeadon Cemetery, LS19 7UR.
Refreshments will be at Moortown Social Club, Cranmer Gardens, LS17 5LA thereafter.
