A first class service
At such a difficult time it's imperative that one is put under as little stress as possible and this was absolutely the case with Full Circle. Once the key decisions were made, they dealt with everything else. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

From start to finish the planning was stress free
But involved the family every step of the way. Nicola did most of the work which took a lot of pressure from us as a family but also respected our wishes what we wanted. Both made suggestions with the planning that were very helpful and things that we hadn't thought about. She provided some really helpful and creative ways we could remember my mum with, from jewellery to planting a tree in her memory, something we hadn't even thought of but made the grieving process easier knowing we could remember her in the best possible way. / Nicola did a brilliant job, such a caring person and we were so glad she looked after our mum knowing that she was well looked after.

I can not recommend Full Circle enough who cared for my mum
Nicola at the Bramley branch could not have done enough to ensure my mums wishes were respected. From the moment we spoke to Full Circle I knew my mum would be looked after, we particularly liked the modern and calming surroundings within Full Circle and I knew my mum would approve.

Nothing was too much trouble
My father wanted a more traditional funeral for my mum but I also wanted to incorporate some “personal” more modern touches which I know my mum would love 💛 Nothing was too much trouble at all - everything went so smoothly and under the circumstances it was a beautiful, calm, comforting day for all. I can’t thank David and the team enough for enabling us to create this special day for my lovely mum 🙏

She remained informative throughout the whole process and called often with little extra suggestions to provide a trouble-free and efficient service.
