Wellbeing after bereavement talk or workshop
Since 2021, we have been delivering an interactive workshop considering grief, its psychological and physical impact and how we can support wellbeing after bereavement.
We will all experience bereavement and grief and for many it can be bewildering and isolating. This awareness raising learning event is the start of an important conversation about how you can better support yourself and others after bereavement.
