We make it easy for you to create the funeral that you want
As modern funeral directors, everything we do helps people feel connected after bereavement
We will first listen to you, and then tailor our support to meet your needs. We recognise that some people want to be given clear guidance and direction whereas others would prefer to be informed about their options, and then feel empowered to make the choices that are right for them.
Our first funeral directors service in Halifax opened in June 2020. In the past, people always chose a funeral director which was located closest to them. As there is a growing awareness that funeral directors have different approaches and philosophies of care and we have found that people are now travelling a little further afield to find a funeral director that they feel would be best able to meet their needs,
We have been funeral directors since 2016 and everyone in our small team has a professional background in health, social or pastoral care. We hold the award for the “Best Modern Funeral Director” in the national Good Funeral Awards and work hard to deliver person-centred support, making sure that you are at the centre of everything that we do.
It is important for us that you feel comfortable when you are with us, and because of this we have ensured that each service provides a warm and comfortable environment. Our service has two meeting rooms, a visiting room and a large display room and we look after the people in our care within our service. This care is delivered by the same people who would support you to make the funeral arrangements because continuity is really important to us.
Some people feel that they would rather us visit them in their homes, or at a different location convenient for them. If you feel that this would be right for you, please contact us and we will come out to see you at a time that is convenient for you.
We have created a short video tour of our funeral directors in Halifax, which we hope you might find helpful and the photo gallery below shows you what our service looks like.
